Rules of the Races

Rules
Rules for the races:

* All EF/HRA/SPCA rules will be followed.

* Owners may enter 3 horses per race.

* A horse may only run in 1 race

* All entry fee's must accompany the entries

* Each race may have no more than 14 starters,

* Once the race us full, it will be closed.
